CS4Philly is a collective impact effort that engages K-12, academia, industry, government, and community partners to achieve the shared mission of ensuring all Philadelphia children and youth have access to high-quality CS education.

The CS4Philly “Bill of Rights” proclaims that all of Philadelphia’s children and youth have the right to access the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to be creators in the digital economy, not just consumers, and to be active citizens in our technology-driven world. 

CS4Philly, which is a partner of the national CSforALL consortium, was launched in December 2017 with the Mayor, Superintendent, and other industry, higher education, and community leaders joining the call for equity and access to CS education in Philadelphia.
